We do not lend money, extend credit, or make credit decisions. We review real estate investors' business-purpose financing requests and coordinate with the funding lender responsible for underwriting. We may receive compensation from lenders in the form of broker fees, commissions, or referral fees when a loan closes. This compensation may influence which lenders or products we present.

Business-Purpose Loans Only

All loan products discussed or advertised on this website are business-purpose loans secured by non-owner-occupied investment real estate. These loans are not subject to certain consumer protection laws that apply to consumer-purpose or owner-occupied residential mortgages, including TILA/RESPA integrated disclosure requirements. We do not arrange loans for personal, family, or household purposes.
